| 01-Aug-2007 | This update mainly releates to users, roles and related permissions. In addition there are some great new features. |
| • Mini Menu - Improved layout of the mini menu that drops down when you hover over Menu in the top right corner and additional links for setup, imports and calendar. • Calendar has been reworked and you can now drag and drop projects, customers etc onto the calendar & set reminders. Outstanding bills also profile. You can also use the calendar to record time and then generate invoices based on time. The calendar also links through to projects and quotes. • General Ledger By Account report is now called General Ledger Detail and has a wide range of filters to make the report more useful for searching and finding transactions. • Report download feature has been changed to remove formatting and make the data easier to import into other systems. There are 2 columns: one called Total and one called Value which includes whether it is negative or positive. Just delete the column you don't want. If you want to download the report with the formatting just drag the mouse over the report, select copy and then paste it into excel. |
