FILING & RECORD KEEPING

• Manage internal filing system and flow of paperwork

• Develop lists of “regular” documents to ensure items are not overlooked.

• Develop and maintain an accounting procedures manual

• Maintain any customer specific forms such as employee reimbursements, timesheets, leave applications.
