Payroll Software Solutions

1. Online Timesheet submission

- Shoebooks software can be configured so that employees login and complete their timesheet online
- The employer/teamleader then logs in and approves the timesheet.
- Once approved Shoebooks can then process the payroll and send the employer a set of reports together with electronic payment file.

2. Offline Timesheet Submission

- Timesheets can be sent to Shoebooks by post, fax or email.
- Shoebooks will key the timesheet information into the system and process the payroll.
- A set of reports together with an electronic payment file is then sent to the employer.

3. Employer Sends Hours

-For more simple payrolls where timesheets are not used the employer can advise Shoebooks hour for employees and details of any leave taken by phone, fax or email.
-Shoebooks will then process the payroll using this information.
-A set of reports together with an electronic payment file is then sent to the employer.

4. Bureau style

-Payroll function is fully outsourced to Shoebooks.
-Shoebooks will setup a system to capture employee hours and leave details.
-Shoebooks will process the payroll, remit the funds to employees
-A set of reports will be sent to the employer.
-Shoebooks can process the electronic payment file on the employees behalf. (The employer can maintain this role)
