Associate License

 

Associate licenses enable the reseller to rebrand the software to utilise their own brand and existing marketing channels.

Resellers using the Associate License receive full access to the reseller toolkit.
(See below for details of what the reseller toolkit includes.)

Associates are invoiced monthly by Shoebooks and the associate is responsible for billing of their clients. Shoebooks can provide free of charge a billing solution utilising the Shoebooks software to streamline billing of clients.

The associate can re-margin the software for any price they like.

There are two different Associate licenses available:

White label Login

• Shoebooks web address is used but users are presented with a white label login that contains no branding.
• When the user completes the login the associate’s logo, colors and company name are displayed in the software.
• $500 once off setup fee.

Rebranded Login

• The associate’s domain name of choice is used for the initial login screen.
• The associate’s logo, colors and company name are presented on the initial login screen and when using the software. i.e. There is no mention of Shoebooks anywhere.
• Shoebooks uses SSL security so under this solution the associate needs a SSL certificate and an IP address provided by Shoebooks.
• The associate can then have https://login.yourdomain.com as the site address.
• There is a $1000 setup fee for the associate license and a $300 annual fee which covers maintenance of the SSL certificate and IP address.
• Hosting of the software on Shoebooks server is included.

NB: Shoebooks can also offer a rebranded solution hosted on your own server. Please contact Shoebooks to discuss this option.

Reseller Tool Kit

• Access to Migration Toolkits to streamline transfer of clients from other accounting systems. Toolkit includes procedures to migrate data from one system to another together with tools that reformat and import the data.
• Single Admin login to access all clients from the same screen. Streamlines management and support of clients.
• Ability to create new client files and create admin logins for clients with multiple files.
• Setup sub resellers within your admin login where they can manage their clients and you can aggregate the fees.
